Mama always say I’m the boss of the store – so i help out whenever I can – and I loved to decorate the store – especially during Christmas.  Christmas is my favorite season because my birthday is round Christmas and I get lots of presents from the customers and family.  Do you like what i did with Gary for the store?

I want this! I want this!  i told my mama.  I told her to get this – so that I can go to Grammie’s house to bake this with her – but guess what mama said?  no!  grammie can make it with you without the kit.  See – I don’t get everything I want – because mama said I’m not getting spoiled – and she knows that grammie can make this cheaper and better – so there – I want it but I can’t get it.  But I didn’t forget about the gingerbread tree – mama took a picture of this to show grammie – so that grammie can do the same when I visit her.

Mama knows I love to draw and paint – so we bought a canvas to paint on – to decorate our home for Halloween – do you like it?  I painted it – but I didn’t draw the cat or the pumpkin – so you know.

My mama loves buying things for me from Etsy – or anything handmade in support for the local artiste – her intentions are good and I do love the latest that she bought but alas, as you an see it’s too small.  Of course, mama wasn’t going to return it – she is just going to give it to another kid with smaller head.

We will wait for the lady who knitted this hat to get something bigger and get another one from her.  Mama said my head is bigger than most ppl probably because I have so much hair – hahhaha!!

Mama bought me this art smock for the summer because I will be doing lots of art and craft at the store – and if it was up to her – she would have bought it for me earlier – she said.  I was making modeling clay – that mama bought for me – from Walmart and it was good to have this art smock – that way it doesn’t get stuck to my clothing.

See – that’s how i show it – if i am upset with mom and dad – or if I didn’t wanna listen to them.  Hahahaha!!  told yer – I’m pretty creative.

Whenever I come back from school – I get bored very quickly – so I find stuff to do – like play with my play-doh and make pizza or food for mama and daddy to eat.  Otherwise, i would play with my blocks and make aeroplanes and castles with them.  Sometimes, I play Trouble or Hangman with mama – but before we head home everyday – i need to read my story books from school and practice my sight words with mama.

Drawing and coloring are my passion – I do it everyday – and I draw and color anything I can get my hands on.  Lately, I have been writing lots of love notes to mummy and daddy.  But ultimately, I love to draw more.  Everyone say I have good manners – because I sit and draw and color when I am out at the restaurant – and waiting for my food.

I don’t run or jump around any restaurants – nor talk loudly in other people’s store because I’m taught better – daddy said.  Mama said – I must know how to behave – because we don’t want kids to behave this way at our store too.   Thanks to all the aunties and uncles – mama’s friend for sending so many coloring pens and pencils plus crayons for me to color away.

I love any kind of craft stuff – from making egg carton penguins to bead jewelry – so when I saw some during our visit to the farmers market – I told mama – that I would like some jewelry making tools for Christmas – so that I can bring them to Grammie’s and we can make them together.   Of course, Aunt Helena who will be back soon from Toronto will love to help and make one herself – because Aunt Helena loves jewelries too.  She has nice earrings, bracelets and necklaces – although Grammie doesn’t like to wear any.

Look at all the different beads they have at the Farmer’s market – I want some too – and will put them in different containers just like that.  I can even make bead jewelries for my friend’s birthday and Christmases.  So guess what I got for Christmas this year from Santa?  Yes!  some beads and jewelry making tools – now to wait for Aunt Helena to come home from Toronto and we can make them together.  I’m going to have so much fun – but mama said to make small things first – like maybe a bracelet.

Ginger bread houses are not only for Christmases – in fact they had one for Halloween too! papa asked if I wanted to get one and go to grammie’s and make my own gingerbread  house – and I said yes!  But the icing was pretty runny – so grammie made her own icing.  Pretty cool eh.   Do you like my Halloween Gingerbread house?  I think I should make one for Christmas too.  Mama wanted me to bring this to school – but I didn’t want to.  So now it’s sitting at home – on the new table mama bought – actually it’s a console.
