I am sick and staying home with mom while daddy go to work on his own.  I stay home and sleep and draw and take my medication like a good girl.  I’m glad mama is home with me – so that we can spend time together.  When I am sick mama don’t do any work at all, she takes care of me and play with me or watch a movie with me.    I like staying at home when I am sick – that way I can be in my PJs for the entire day.  I have a little fever and running nose.

I came down with something yesterday – so here I am at the store – trying to get comfy.  I don’t feel so bad – but am having a very bad sore throat – and whining a lot.   Then I have a cold – because I started getting sniffy and stuffy.  I don’t like getting sick.  I don’t know if I can go to school on Monday – and probably will miss my last swimming lesson of the year. Bummer!

I’ve been sick for 10 days or more – and haven’t gone for yoga with mama for 2 weeks – I even missed my Karate class last week.  So today – mama and I are going out to get yoga mats for both of us – so that we can have our very own mats when we go for our yoga classes.   We are so happy that we can do a mummy and princesses yoga class together – because I like to exercise and so does mummy – and since I can’t go alone and neither can mummy – we can keep each other company.   I want to do this with mama in the near future – isn’t that awesome – they are so agile – and fantastic right?   Yoga classes keeps mama calm – and fit – and we all like mama to be that way.  But mama said having our very own yoga mats are better than using the ones at the Yoga club because we don’t have to worry about not having a mat when classes start – classes are very popular here.

I have to take the puffer for a week according to my doctor – I didn’t like it at first – and daddy lost his temper on me – but he said he was very sorry after i cried my lungs out.  But today – I was better at it and took it like a champ.  I put it in my mouth – squeeze the puffer and then suck in my breathe and hold it for 10 seconds.  The air chamber is also called spacer in Australia.

This is me at the doctor’s – I’ve been really sick for the last 10 days – and today – I had to go for an x-ray at the hospital.  I haven’t been eating much or doing much except staying at home with mummy and daddy.   Normally, I don’t stay sick for this long – but this time – they suspect that I had pneumonia – but luckily it isn’t !  thank God – mama said.

I’m sick – so I can’t go to Grammie’s – so I’m home playing with my toys – with mama – when my fever isn’t too high.  When my fever comes back – I lay on the couch – and take some medication till it goes away.  I was at 104 degree today!

Sometimes I get tired of playing – so mama and I would do word puzzles to find words.   Mama said I’m a very good girl – but I said that maybe Grammie would be disappointed because I didn’t go visit.  Mama said – it’s alright I can go next week if I feel better.  I also miss my kittie – Clever – so maybe next week i can go visit her.

I spent a day out with one of my best friend – shiny Josh and his mother and then we went out for supper at Peg’s Family restaurant – also my favorite restaurant.  While I had fun with shiny Josh, mama and Lynette (josh’s mummy) talked about single premium immediate annuity .  I don’t know much about it – but mama and lynette wants to invest their money for the future – so Josh and I played together – so that mama and Lynette can look into more information on it.

Josh and I had so much fun – and mama and Lynette talked the whole night about this single premium immediate annuity.  Mama said that it’s good for people like grammie and grampie – to use their savings to invest for higher returns.  But I guess anyone with savings can invest in this annuity.  I asked mama if I can invest also since I have savings – mama laughed and said that it’s for older people – so that they can secure their retirement – when they don’t work no more.

We were at the doctor’s today – because i developed a rash during the weekend.  Daddy and mama was afraid it might be that mild strep virus again that I had gotten during the Spring – so we quickly called our family doctor and gotten an appointment for it today. While we were at the doctor’s mama weigh herself – and found out that she put on weight – so daddy said mama better get some  weight loss pill that works else she would have problems with her diabetes – you see people with diabetes must try not to put on weight – else the blood sugar will go higher than usual.   So mama is very worried now – and going to the pharmacy today and check to see what weight loss pills she can take quickly and help her lose those extra weight.  Of course, mama gotta start exercising again – else no matter what she does – it won’t work.
